Seduction Disco | website | Open until late
If you are looking for live DJs and plenty of entertainment, you can’t go wrong with Seduction Disco! There are 5 different venue rooms with different types of music and events to choose from depending on your personal taste:
Feel like a celebrity with funky, deep, soulful and minimal house music in the Blow VIP Room; experience some epic world renowned DJs in the Main Room; enjoy open-air rooftop dining at Higher; chill and do some people watching at the Terrace; visit LaShisha on the fourth floor with great hip hop and R&B or rent out Imperial where you can host up to 200 people – the sky is the limit!
All the different venues are close by so you can easily get from one room to another – ideal if you need a break from the Main Room raving. The restaurant can be visited without entering the club areas.

Hard Rock Café | website |11am-2am
If you’ve been to a Hard Rock Cafe before, you are sure to know more or less what to expect. In this specific one, you will find a 300 seat restaurant serving the typical Hard Rock grub including classic ribs, chicken wings and burgers. Hard Rock Cafe is not only a restaurant but as you may have guessed by now, they feature some fairly good live bands too! There is also a great (award winning in fact) bar menu to quench your thirst during your visit. With close proximity to the beach as well as local shops and amenities, Hard Rock Cafe is the perfect pit stop during the day and a great option for some American style food with a side of rock in the evening.
Heroes Bar | Bangla Road
At Heroes Bar, you are greeted with a wet towel on arrival and you can expect a good atmosphere and some great tunes. The prices are friendly and they have some great live bands and singers on selective nights! The staff are attentive and they won’t make you wait around for your drinks. As an added bonus - they do delicious cocktails!
Tazmania Pool Lounge |Bangla Road
Does live entertainment, pool tables and lounge areas where you can enjoy a lovely drink or cocktail sound like your cup of tea? At Tasmania Pool Lounge, you get exactly that. You will see some live shows on some nights, but generally it has a lounge chic vibe which is perfect if you want a break from some of the wilder bars and clubs on Bangla Road.
Restaurants in Patong
It can be hard to know which restaurants to trust when you are on holiday and trial and error isn’t what holidays are made for, so we listed our favourites for you to enjoy!
Higher | website|International, Thai, Japanese & Italian |6pm-11pm
As mentioned previously, there is a lovely restaurant on the rooftop of Seduction Disco. At Higher, you will be served with first class International, Thai, Japanese and Italian food cooked by celebrity chef, Ronnie Macuja. The food is fabulous, but you can also come here for a drink in a nice atmosphere before a night out. If you arrive after 11 and you are hungry, there is a sharing menu available in the lounge area until 1am. This is the place for you if you want superb food with a great atmosphere!
The 9th Floor | website | 4pm-late
The 9th Floor compromises exceptional views over great parts of Patong. There are floor to ceiling sliding windows providing the perfect breeze during the hotter months yet still some shelter if it gets too windy during off season. The food is presented well and tastes just as well as it looks. The prices are reasonable and although the exterior of the building may be a slightly off putting, you enter a different world once you reach the 9th floor. The staff are friendly and well trained and the restaurant is clean throughout. This is the place to go if you want to experience fine dining with a view in Patong.
Baan Rim Pa | website | Royal Thai cuisine
At this beach front restaurant you will enjoy panoramic views from the beach at Patong towards the Bay of Kalim. With the sound of waves crashing against the rocky shore and the stunning contrast between the ocean and the beach, you truly are in for a treat here. On top of all of this, you get first class food that is sure to delight all your senses. The menu is inspired by food formerly only found in the Grand Palace of Thailand and has been established as one of the most famous restaurants in Thailand. If fine dining by the beach is something that excites you, this is the one for you!
Da Maurizio Bar Ristorante| website | Italian
If you enjoy a good Italian meal, De Maurizio is one that stands out from the crowd in Phuket due to its 90% organic menu. The pasta is made from scratch on site and there is a fantastic variety of fresh fish and lobster as well as a superb chef’s special tasting menu available. Alongside your fantastic meal, you will be offered wines from their award winning wine cellar as well as a few delicious homemade desserts. As with the restaurant above (which is located next door) there are fantastic sea views and a wonderful sea breeze to accompany your meal.
Joe's Downstairs | website
Joe’s Downstairs is the perfect spot for a delicious spot of lunch or a backdrop to a truly spectacular sunset cocktail. The views are breathtaking and overlook Kalim Bay, making it one of the best restaurants to watch the sunset from. On the menu, you will find delicious tapas dishes as well as appetizers and a variety of grilled delights. Jungceylon is a spectacular shopping centre located in the heart of Patong. Whether you are looking to go clothes shopping, want to grab a quick bite to eat, want to go to the cinema or you want to play bowling – you have it all here.
